A tool I designed as part of my interview at NuSkin, exploring a simple way for users to select their location & language while on the website.

UX Design
After researching the websites of several businesses similar to Nu Skin, I found a common theme of having language and location settings displayed the footer of the page. I followed this same pattern for my design. The controls aren't readily accessible, but it's also not a common function to actively change the location or language of the website; most sites adjust language and location based on IP and browser settings.
There's nothing worse than having to scroll through an entire list of the world's countries. By including a search bar and showing recent & recommended countries, we can save users time and frustration.
On the mobile application, the best place to let users adjust language and location would be in the application settings. I put together a quick design to show where the settings could be included in the mobile app experience.
